Efficient and bending durable flexible perovskite solar cells via interface modification using a combination of thin MoS2 nanosheets and molecules binding to the perovskite

In this work, efficient and bending durable flexible perovskite solar cells are obtained by modification of the film surface with 1- dodecanethiol (DT) followed drop-casting pre-dispersed thin nanosheets MoS2. Our results show an enhancement in efficiency device after interface revealed that DT MoS2 modified recovers completely its initial values PCE FF, current density, open-circuit voltage 300 cycles while standard resembles only 50% PCE. Following a light cycling protocol for unencapsulated devices, it apparent drop up to 32% maximum value 95% highest value. Different characterization methods suggest method induces hydrophobicity as well significantly reduces trap density.
